Favorite Quote:
In necessariis unitas, in dubiis libertas, in omnibus caritas.

Fluorescent fixtures and an EKG
The incessant beeping a symphony

Needles protruding from my every vein
Paralyze without merciful Novocain

A familiar figure with a stethoscope
Claiming to be my outcast last hope

Is shining a bright light into my eyes
In a failed attempt to anaesthetize

Cold metal strikes against pasty skin
But nothing is heard from the void within

Then surveying my self-singed fingertips
It graphs them with skin from love's lower lips

It pokes a finger through the trepan's mark
Mockingly barks a sarcastic remark

Lacerations that shadows inspire
Are stitched shut with rusted red wire

Slowly eviscerating regions
Injected with infectious demons

This physician's silhouette commands
That I succumb to its demands

And cease the blacking of my eyes
Or else I'll soon meet my demise
