The First Day of School
The first day of middle school was awfully confusing
The whole day was a blur nothing was really amusing
It was just a school with lots of hallways, with lots of bends
The first day of Mt. Herbon I didn’t have many friends
The second week of school the tiny groups started to mix
And then the little patches between us started to fix
and very little by little the bends seemed to unbend
We all found ourselves making a lot of new great friends
The third week of middle school we started to really learn
We discovered the easy teachers and also the stern
by the fourth week of middle school we started to depend
we started to depend on our newly made great friends
we sit through four blocks a day all are eighty minutes long
we go to our classes and try to do nothing wrong
here we can be ourselves nobody has to pretend
no matter what, our friends will always be our friends
middle school is not all work, we also get to have fun
during gym class and recess we can go outside and run
of all my school days these are some of the best to attend
some of the best to attend, only because of my friends
