Spring becomes summer

A glimpse of blissful beginnings

Full of jovial times

What seemed to be an everlasting

Happily Ever After

Where flowers always bloom

From a small seed

Everywhere we walked

Turned into the Garden of Eden

Where lambs always pranced

To the wind’s whistles

As time casts away,

Beautiful scent of roses and warmth of the air

Heart becomes weary from the dark cloud of this world

Filled with heavy burden

As trees change colors,

From green to orange

Red and yellow

The leaves danced in the autumn breeze

To the Sound of Music

Burying away deep memories

One after one

With a heart of stone

Fog clouds the eyes

Flooding this world

Which stripped away innocence

Like trees under the bitter, winter wind

Wooshed by the cruel winter kiss

As time casts away,

Petals open up

A new chapter of life

The beautiful spring scent of roses

Reflected by the glorious summer light

As I bathe in the sunlight,

Reminiscing little me

Precious gift

From the angel’s kisses

Started fading away

Into thin air

Which haunts and imprisons my mind

Like a bird in a narrow cage

Yearning for flight
