"Your dreams only become intangible when you stop reaching" ~me ;)

Today might suck
But I don't care
Because I know
Tomorrow is there

Yesterday was bad
But now it's today
I knew it'd be better
Than Yesterday

Got in an argument...
maybe two
Did some things
I shouldn't do

But that's just me
And I've moved on
Cuz shortly I know
Today will be gone

It's impossible to linger
In what you can't change
So I won't be sad
Because to me that's lame

Tomorrow is there
I know it is
Just look again
And another chance
Is always waiting

Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long.
We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious.....And curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

I have difficulty being optimistic, even if I support optimism. If i read this poem every moment of every day, it's always gonna make me smile! Thanx!

Like it. but first:

At first I was a bit doubtful about "Optimist's". This is just my point of view: I'm not much into optimism because I feel that it tends to blot out a lot of things and issues. A good optimism is one that forever acknowledges, understands, and accepts all the misdemeanors and actions of the world, but is obviously still positive.

Is that still optimism?

The best part of your poem that stood out was the third to last line: "Just look again". It made your poem much more profound than I expected it to be. This prose poem accomplishes much in its decent and full portrayal of optimism.
