As I gently kiss your lips
While your hands are on my hips
All I can think about
Is how did I take this route
How did I get here
Where everything is so clear
Everything in front of me like a book
I’m like a fish on a hook
Stuck and gasping for air
They say this is rare
But the part that isn’t fair
Is that I have to share
My lover with another
I am just merely the other
The one your mother warns you about
Though you may have your doubts
‘My baby could never cheat on me’
I most certainly guarantee
That your baby is with me.
