Creeping wrinkled fingers, grabbing at either side of their faces, rags ready to pull tight. They fight for what they want, but if they don’t get something–you might just never hear about it again.


I stand from the edge and watch. Each of these freedom fighters, arbiters of change and revolution–each slowly silenced by some overlord.


Platforms once meant to help are used to drive them apart, to put a wedge between everyone. 


I watch from the edge, terrified of what is to come. The use of the service sets up an additional conflict between protecting students' Constitutional rights of free speech.
