Of all my problems, all my troubles;
Of all my enemies, all my demons-
you are the worst, my friend.
And with these visions scarring my memory,
I close my eyes and try to sleep,
knowing you want me to suffer.

Of all my life, all my days;
Of all my times, good or bad-
you will be there, my friend.
And as your silhouette approaches,
The night fading behind you,
I realize you suffer more than I do.

I must say, you portray gloom and doom better in writing than I have ever seen anyone else do. In peticular, this poem sent chills down my spine. But those were good chills, and I ultimately think that although it is a short poem, it describes a friend that's being not so nice very smoothly and interestingly.

LUV IT!!! :)

I found this poem to be very moving.

It is very sad, but then I found a glimmer of hope.
