A cold night alone can only bring you back
The lifeless love we shared is dead
Go home and think of what you've done
The blood drips down your needle and thread

The splatters on the wall haunt me to no end
Torn through muscle, just sickened with grief
I can never look at you as a friend
There's no way I can ever bring you back

27 stitches leaves just a scar for one
But the cut of three days later scars me
The lies you scratched into my life
The pleasure erased from my days

To never be a friend nor companion
I leave you to the raging seas in your head
A stare of the eyes rips through me
While the needle and thread do their best to mend

You gave me a joy I will never feel again
The bleeding, the sickness, the pleasure
I will never know leaves me a mystery
What everyone could see was a simple fact

Two opposite emotions intertwined into my heart
One I can never feel again
The other has become the flesh I am
I am torn
