Her eyes are wide with fear
as she tries to stand strong
she stands alone
her fate in chances greedy hands

He slips a single bullet into the shimmering device
one spin, two, the bullet is gone
everything around her fades to black
except for him, her, and the gun

Her shaking hands nervously grip each other
as he lifts the death machine toward her
she waits
she hears a soft click and waits

He lifts the gun up to his own temple
the cool, metallic surface sends chills down his spine
but he's used to it
the thrill of fear makes it all worth it

She hears another soft click
the fear arises in her once more
she tries to keep her heart inside her trembling chest
she hears something explode, she falls to the ground

Her eyes close as she bleeds out
her chest falling for the final time
the fear is gone
she is free
