Why? (Why Do you Want to Die?)

I told her to stop,
As we cried together,
I told her not told it again,
As she fell to the ground,
I ask her why,
Why she wants to die,
I yelp no,
As she pulls out the shiny little blade,
My voice starts to tremble and fade,
Out,
Out she shouts,
As she pushes me out the door,
Let me help you,
I’ll be there,
I can,
I swear,
I don’t need you anymore,
She shrieked,
Then she screamed in pain,
And hit the floor,
And left me pounding on her bathroom door…
