Ode To Pepsi MAG

By Anonymous

Pepsi, oh how I love thee

Pepsi, you were made for me

Dark and sweet

A delightful treat

Always effervescent

In my mind omnipresent

Happy you make my

And now I take thee

Slowly sipping

Never gulping

You I can enjoy

Better than any toy

For you, I am a junkie

Like an addicted monkey

This poem could go on forever

But I would let it never

Bore you, I would not

Pepsi,

I drink a lot

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get bored and go for a stroll out through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Haha! I love this poem. It's great. You've gotten quite a few poems published in the magazine! Awesome! (:

It's not about success; it's about significance.

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

I totally agree with you! Pepsi is THE best! I love this poem soooo much. It flows very well and I especially love how you rhymed effervescent with omnipresent. Great job, and check out some of my work if you like. :)

“We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.”- dr suess

"Saying 'I notice you're a nerd' is like saying, 'Hey, I notice that you'd rather be intelligent than be stupid, that you'd rather be thoughtful than be vapid, that you believe that there are things that matter more than the arrest record of Lindsay Lohan. Why is that?' In fact, it seems to me that most contemporary insults are pretty lame. Even 'lame' is kind of lame. Saying 'You're lame' is like saying 'You walk with a limp.' Yeah, whatever, so does 50 Cent, and he's done all right for himself."
— John Green
