Could it be revenge for falling too hard
And not looking before going down
Maybe karma too
But that would mean you get what you deserve
After all those nights
Where sadness lingered in the air
From what you brought into my life
It was perfectly fine until you came
I had friends
I had fun
Most changed was I had smiles
That i could look forward to every night
But now the highlight of the day can only be as good as
The silence I sit through
While you stand there
Sending that happy smile
To anyone but me
