At night, beneath the shinning stars
The shadow has fallen
There they are.

Wind rushes through her hair; he stares.
The breeze so strong whispers like a flair
They look away, both too scared
No glare.

Silence has overgrown the mid-night fog
No one speaks
Have they both done wrong?

With such a night that flowed so smooth
Yet ended with a regretful move
What more can she lose?

Her mind:
I wonder how far we are?
Will we get back in or stay out of the car.
I’m freezing and long to feel free of his touch.

His mind:
Ah
:]
