Through This Together
Can't you see
 when you hurt you
 you hurt me?
We're connected in a special way,
 I love you everyday.
 It makes me cry
 that you've come to this,
 you know you could die.
 It just doesn't seem real,
 the way you feel.
 How you're so down,
how it drives you to cut.
 Now I could almost drown,
 in the sobs and tears
 and all my fears.
 And they're all for you.
 You thought no one cared,
 but you have no clue.
I know you're depressed and lonely,
and I wish you could only
let me be close to you,
 so the bleeding can stop.
I know we both want it to.
 We'll get through this together,
 all the stormy weather.
