Ode to the girl
With a heart stone cold;
Days so young,
with wounds so old.
Ode to the girl
with a guarded heart;
Barred with chains
And locked from the start.
Ode to the girl
Who saw her wrong.
Who took down the lock
when he came along.
One to the girl-
A winner in the end-
Who found true love
In the best of a friend
