From mountains high up in the sky
To valleys down below
From oceans blue with millions of shy
Creatures, hiding from their foe

It stretches from a war-ravaged place
To a place where peace will go
From cities bright with a million lights
Where there is no low

For this country is built up upon the best
And stretches near and far
People zoom on roads galore
In their shiny cars

America! America!
Where we are truly free
A people so industrialized
From sea to shining sea

I’m talking about the companies
That strives to dominate our day
Do you get your coffee from Starbucks?
Is your burger fed with hay?

My point is that these companies are
Controlling our right to be
For we are the country that is so strong
From sea to shining sea

Very interesting rhyme scheme. I don't truly understand the line "Is your burger fed with your hay?"but overall I really like the poem.
