Worst Luck
Worst Luck
Darkness sweeps before my eyes
Hoping to hear my loud cries
I try to keep my eyes shut
from the shadow in front of me
But it was to no avail
As darkness was still there
Who had something quite evil to share
I didn't know what to do
I was too frightened to move
Then something terrible happened
More than I would've expected
A blade came rushing towards me
In less than thirty seconds
As it comes to me I think
My lasr few words of thoughts
Where is the brave guy who fought?
But someone was standing,
watching from afar,
will still hear my wail
haunting him, in his dreams
constantly asking him
"Why did you fail?"
And Often enough the boy puzzles over
A most difficult question which was:
Why did I not save her?
