Plastic flowers grow in my garden
Plastic flowers grow in my garden;
Winter does not stop their life
As you tell me the distance is too far
As you tell me the game is too hard
It's six oh eight on the dot,
The phone rings on end,
The machine forgot to answer.
I'm still in bed.
It's too early, too cold,
I'm too tired to move.
Embroidered stars outline the sky
One rains down
To water the plastic flowers
Is it raining where you are?
wherever you are.
