Black Tears
Screaming, to the world that wouldn’t answer
Crying, to see you one more time
Inside of me, I’m broken,
There is nothing left to hide
Silently,
Gently,
Streams of black tears
drip down my heart.
I smile, when I see your face.
I bleed, when I caress your lips
I quiver, when you’re not there
Screaming, for your soothing touch
Crying, for your motherly care
Inside of me, I’m fading
You leave me here in despair
And still,
Streams of black tears
Serenade my heart
As it slowly calms to stop
