Death

Emptiness surrounds me
As darkness grips my slow beating heart
I struggle to hold on

My heartbeat is loudly pounding
White lights beneath my closed eyes dart
My weary consciousness withdrawn

Where has gone the beauty?
The warm touch of flesh, the violet's amaranthine bloom
Gone here at the end of all things

Fear, relentlessly screaming
Entombs me as I near my doom
And tears away my worldly bindings

One last whisper in my ear
As my vision blurs in hues of red
The fire of earth departs coldly

"You have to let go my dear"
The whisper consumes all thoughts of dread
I relinquish hold and am set free

"Obey the ninja."

"What's that? And why does it say snickle tickle?"

This is very good, you're a very talented person! I love the use of vocabulary you use, it makes it all the better. I hope to read more of your stuff. BYE!
