A nice stroll in life
walking down the hallway
they see you
they stare
whats wrong with them
why do we look so queer
they don't look so average themselves
why do they insist
upon wearing their pants around their knees
and they think were weird
sure, whatever
all we ever do is act
perhaps if we say we don't care then we wont
but it still gets in the skin
it gnaws at the belly
and in the heart
it just keeps going and going
to the point of explosion
but its held in
then they pass
and the feeling is gone
we are who we were before
just a kid
looking at life from a different door
