I saw aggression haunt and fight and to this day, it clouds my sight.
I watched a war be foolishly fought and to this day, it invades my thoughts.
I heard two lovers yell and sob and to this day, my eardrums throb.
I had a taste of hatred’s pry and to this day, my taste buds cry.
This will certify that the above work is completely original
I smelt distress become and be and to this day, my spirit flees.
I felt death surround and be made new and to this day, my heart’s in two.
My senses sensed so long ago and to this day… it haunts my soul.
