Every day as my mom wakes up
four o’clock ready for work.
I don’t know how she does it,
she is wide awake making breakfast;
I smell it as I wake up.
My favorite is French toast

She always helps out to make us stay on top of things,
through thick and then,
when my brother and I fight, she breaks it up,
sometimes even gets involved.
She suffers with our grades and teachers calling her.

She helps my dad because my dad is always working,
he is taking care of two homes and stays in the office till the sun goes way down,
she cleans house and makes it look all pretty.
Its amazing what she can do,
even when I don’t say thank you,
I always appreciate it.
