I open my eyes
But don't see
Within five feet of me
I open my ears
Trying to listen to every word you say
But all I hear is silience
I am surrounded by people
Both known and unknown
But I feel more alone then ever
I speak my mind
But I'll never be heard
I'll pour my heart out
Believing, and praying not to get hurt again
But there is always someone
Who is willing to go the distance
