People doing wrong,
Seems to be life’s theme song.
Many go hungry every night,
While others gorge themselves like lords and knights.
Big executives getting rich fast,
While the poor always seem to finish in last.
Many people have a permanent home,
While others are forced to aimlessly roam.
It’s the same old stuff,
But curiously enough.
It doesn’t have to be like this,
If we wanted, we could all live in bliss.
Right now the world sees in black and white,
Dark and desolate like a bomb site.
But just one act of loving kindness,
Can cure the world of their color blindness.
