Realized today that the evening news always starts with "good evening" then proceeds to tell you why its not

I am tall and misunderstood
I wonder if my family will forgive me
I hear the click of a loaded gun
I see my reflection
I want to die
I am tall and misunderstood
I pretend to be something I’m not
I feel lonely
I touch the loaded gun
I worry it won’t be quick
I cry when I see my self
I am tall and misunderstood
I understand why I must do this
I say good-bye to my loved ones
I dream of death
I try to hold back
I hope I can overcome this
I am free and in control.

First off I wrote this as if i was the main character of the book Twisted. This is in the moment when Tyler feels like he wants to commit suiside, but then desides that he wants to live.
