Grandma
If you could ever meet my grandma,
You would see how funny she is.
She’ll start to read, and then fall asleep
With her book, while blow’n z’s.
I you could ever meet my grandma,
She would make you smile.
She sleeps in her old, weathered rocker
In the middle of the day.
If you could ever meet my grandma,
You would realize how innocent she is.
She’ll close the curtains and leave the light
On, just because she can.
If you could ever meet my grandma,
Oh, man, would you ever be amazed
By the way she can lose herself
In her dreams.
If you could ever meet my grandma,
It would make your day.
