To the men that fed us with encouragement when our hearts moved towards the edge of resentment,



to the ones that stretched our smile in the midst of many sobs,



to the ones that made sure happiness braced our hearts from dusk till dawn,



to the ones that stood by strong in our feebleness,



to the ones that were there for us, who lent us their ears when we needed someone to talk to,



to the ones who were there to tell us everything would be up to a scratch,



who rather than controlled us patched us, who loved us outright and became part of our lives,



who were our dads sooner than being mere fathers that only witnessed our lives,
