Here I am again
Here I am again thinking of you
How you made the day go by
How you let me know your their for me
Waiting to release my angst and frustration
Making me want to go back to my old ways
It’s been a month and some days since I’ve spent time with you
It hasn’t been triggered yet, I haven’t been 0pushed to the edge of you
Yeah I still hear you taunting me but I’ve learned to ignore your sickening voice
Yeah I miss I miss your cold edge dragging across my skin
Releasing my pain
Stopping the tears and
Helping me hold my head up high
But since I’ve seen you life’s been better then ever
I didn’t think about you yesterday not once
It fells good not having to hide the cuts you left
And the lack of confidence you took from me
I’m just writing to let you know that
I don’t need you any more, not your
Metallic edge to make me ashamed
Of myself, not the scares that will
Soon fade and not the pain you filled me with
When I really needed you
