The fall leaves tinged dark colors on the trees
Orange red yellow and green
The air is cooler and winter is in the air
The nights are colder
And the mornings are frosted
Snow has not yet fallen
The snow is soon to be
Inches and inches of snow we will see
How we will miss the warm summer air
And wait for the rainy spring to come
The winter is long and cold
Snowy days
School cancelled
Reading a book safely in the house
Being warm and secure
We wait for spring to use its cure
