In everything around us, there's something beyond
Something invisible
Something deeper.
Birds sing and urge us to join in.
Flowers bloom and bring rare smiles to our faces.
Sunlight dries our cold tears.
The moon is everything that's beautiful
Put together to create a masterpiece
No artist can duplicate.
The grass waves gently.
The deep green is somehow more than that.
It reaches to a soul;
A soul cowering in fear,
Letting nothing in.
But that green.
The beauty and strength and clarity
Breaks that wall.
Look twice at the grass.
