December Snow

As darkness falls in early day
The stars of the heavens come guide the way
The ground sparkles with holy light
Superficial colors replaced by pure white
Nature's brides stand tall and strong
And the world echoes with a sweet, soft song
And opposites dance as lovers do
We hide ourselves, and yet start anew
And fire and ice are together at last
The blue-orange memories of lives in our past
Shockingly cold is the slap on our face
And warmth from within relaxes our pace
We start with a blank canvas beginning to see
That our world is a keyhole with more than one key

WOW! I really, really liked this poem! Please keep writing because I will keep reading!  The detail was delivered perfectly; I could see the scene described. Great work!
