Silent Beauty

Lighting lights up the sky to a bright shade of purple, silent and beautiful to the human eye a thing so rare and ravishing you let out a sigh, no roaring thunder no footsteps of rain just pure utter silence without the loud sounds that remind you of violence. You sit on your porch on an old rocking chair slowly taking in the cool summer air, knitting a sweater but of course not meant for this sort of weather. the sky lights up again what a sight time stands still as slowly fade off into the night.
