"Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, and it has made all the difference." ---Robert Frost

The moonlit blanket beckons onward,
Flashing dimples that alight the sky,
With velvety cloak of midnight blue
Draped 'bout thy shoulders guide---
To defy the tendrils of piercing light
That spear one's body persevered,
And envelop such in its arms
Where nothing can stoke thy fear;
Yet should it crumble, lest forgotten,
The world shan't come to end,
For always lays enlightened sky
Just 'round the orbit's bend.

It was the written word itself that had inspired me. It is my haven from the world, the place where I can actually be me. In poetry, I am but an extension of the word, the transmitter from mind to parchment.
