Tall and breathing still
Pure white wings and incapable to fight his will
Drowning in self pity with darkness surrounds his rage
Broken and scarred he's trapped in a cage
Isolated and breaking out
The chances of seeing light, number his doubts
Cursed to live as an immortal, to never die
Cursing at the wind Howling an inaudible cry
Shimmering in artificial light
Beckoning and pleas cry throughout the night
Breaking free and feels life within his chest
Mending evil in his thoughts and provokes a fest
Seething lies as tears bleed through his eyes
Taking wing to the open skies Temptation lingers in rumors and lies
Seeing and feeling him. I look up to see my Angel with Demon eyes.
