The Setting Sun
The setting sun as gentle as her,
The rays, radiant like my love's beauty.
Her flowing hair in the breeze,
As the trees sway.
She walks with the elegance of the birds,
Making their ways to their nests for the night.
The whispering wing like the sound of her voice,
And the smoothness of the disappearing light, her soft skin.
As the darkness creeps over,
Her skin glows of angelic gold.
The darkness of the night seems eternal,
As hopefully our love shall be.
Endlessly my love grows for you,
We were meant for each other, I always knew.
