Dear Mommy
Dear Mommy
Dear mommy.
You were the one who gave me life. You taught me wrong from right.
You would kiss my scrapes and bruises to make them all better.
You were always there by my bedside at night.
As I got older and grew up on my own I was still your little girl.
You were my best friend I had to talk to you each day.
I don’t know what to do with myself since you went away.
Life has been so hard without you by my side there hasn’t been a day since you left that I haven’t cried.
My dear mommy, I want you to know I miss you more and more each and everyday.
I find peace that you are in heaven watching over us.
Every night I pray to see your face and get my hugs.
I can hardly wait.
My dear mommy when its time for me to be with you I will meet you at the gate.
