I am the Wind
I rush through your hair,
Race through your veins.
I am a horse
With no reins.
I am everywhere at once
Yet nowhere at all.
I will catch you
When you fall.
I sweep away
The autumn leaves
I go wherever
I do please.
I am the breeze
That caresses your cheek
And on blustery days
I will shriek.
Way up here
Where the air is thin
You can hear me say
I am the wind.
