A raging battle
inside my mind
never to be seen
by other eyes
never to be heard
by other ears
meant only for me
to attend
the war of good and evil
fighting for control
there is never a loss
or a win
just an ongoing battle
when this battle started
I found myself
fighting not to be sucked in
my loss was the gain
for I was captured
to be held prisoner
inside my mind
