drew me to you;
Temporary was your grace—
Who knew?
As time dragged on I called you mine,
bound by my commitment to you;
Was loving you my crime?
Who knew?
Control and power—your only goal;
I tried to stand by you.
The lies revealed— your heart, a black hole—
Who knew?
