The Rain Song
7 minutes I
never got tired
just felt like my heart
was ready to give up peacefully finally
I don’t really understand the pull of it
so I stop analyzing and gather up the
loose
lost
strands of wind
swimming by with
meek determination
It is beautiful.
Quiet
Don’t know what it’s saying
words are not important to me
at this moment
right now
Don’t scream at them to articulate
Because
They are Beautiful.
solemn holy muddle grouped into sung stanzas
They’ve make me write poetry how it was suppose to be written
majestic but subtle modest and flowery an epic recipe of flavors
Yes, that is all they are
And now and then I steal twitching glances
directed your way
and you too are
Beautiful
The words come back
I still don’t understand but they mean
so
much.
