Through the Purgatory
If life is such a phase of ecstasy and rapture,
Why must the sensation elude myself?
For I cannot meaning nor bliss,
My heart is barren, for as if it wasn’t there to begin with.
The portal of nothingness seems to enclose on me and encase me into an immense state of struggle.
My only chance of survival is to cling to the one thing that separates me from the rest of incandescent bunch of illiterates,
the will to make it through the purgatory that seems to seize and take prisoner the lives of teens nowadays.
