Tears are Shed
tears are shed throughout the world. not a cry is heard. the pain and agony on many faces, shine through the smiles. the bruises are covered by make up and sleves. eyes so red from wanting to cry. wanting to yell, yet afraid of what might happen next. old scars heal and new ones appear. they scream and yell on the inside wanting out. fearing to cry, to tell, to run. afraid of the darkness and afraid of the truth. hear the lies they'd rather, than to face the awful truth of their own reality.
