Moon Light
The Moon Light is my protector
My guardian in the night
It acts as my defender
From the cold that could not invite
I lean into its brilliance
And start towards the fear
And what I realize when I walk the distance
Is that the truth has begun to appear
Fear is my shadow
Following me wherever I go
It will haunt me in the meadow
And it will try to deal me my deathblow
But It cannot hurt me
It would never come close
Because my Moon Light will help me see
That it is the smallest among my foes
My Moon Light reveals my uncertainties
As only allusions of dread
It walks me through the midnight breeze
Washing away what restricts me from moving ahead
