You are simply a love too vile

Good to know that I was never once a part of your style

Even when your dead to me, your names on file

Face still in mind, even though your an exile

A love that I so shamefully lost

The one that seemed to be such a fine cost

But I am no longer blind and I saw

Your evilest of evils, your one greatest flaw

Very rarely anymore do I sit

Wondering why you and I never fit

Once, I was so unaware

But now, when I look at you, I don't even care

I know I said that I couldn't hate you

But its so damn hard with the things that you do

Telling them that you are what I want

Thinking that they can use you and flaunt

Ran me through with your hook

As you left it was a piece of me you took

But it doesn't hurt anymore, through the long while

I found that you were simply a love far too vile

Something written to embody a former love that, if they were to come back to you, loving them wouldn't be enough to make you put yourself on the line a second time.
