One Day Closer
March 27, 2008
Writing this poem makes me one day closer,
Summer is coming, and nature is humming.
The trees are in bloom,
it gets harder and harder to stay in the classroom.
I look forward to camp and seeing my friends.
Hurry up and let the semester end!
Sleeping in the bunk,
Going to canteen and eating junk,
Sports, swimming, the lake and golf.
One more poem, one day closer.
