A Spring Afternoon
I picked you some spring flowers
In hope to see you smile
When I gave them to you my heart leaped
With joy and happiness
That day we went out together
And enjoyed the afternoon
Sitting near the lakeshore
We took pleasure in warm spring winds
While it might been just another day in the life
I live to repeat those moments
So let’s not worry about tomorrow
But just about today
