You Think You Really Know Me
You think you really know me,
But how much do you know?
Do you know how much I care for you,
Or only what I show?
Can you see inside my heart,
To what is there below,
All I've done to hide the fact,
That you set my heart aglow.
I act as if we're only friends.
Like that's all I want, although,
I want much more than that, you see,
So I don't want you to go.
You say you really know me,
And you dealt my heart such a blow,
That now it's broken clean in two,
And you still will never know.
