A Hallows Eve Dare
I know not why we disturbed the grave
I think it was to show who's brave.
All we recalled from that evening past-
A message that forever lasts.
The old man's spirit turned to us,
Striking fear as he spoke thus,
"Consider, friend, as you pass by,
as you are now, so once was I.
As I am now, you too shall be.
Prepare, therefore, to follow me."
We ran as fast as legs could go
away from the grave of Mr. Snow.
I dared not glance back to see
if he had chosen to followed me.
