The Blue Elephant

Big and so fat,
Just as it sat,
Gazing at the tree,
Wishing it was free,
Friendly and so blue,
I think it’s really true,
Such a wrinkled face,
Walking a slow pace,
Stuck in a zoo,
Only one of two,
Eating lots of leaves,
From the big tall trees,
He is very tall,
Giving the elephant call,
No, you can’t rent,
It’s a blue elephant.
